Include arrowheads as optional line beginning or endings
In the Line Properties menu, arrowheads could be included as possible beginnings and endings.
As a composer, I assure that would save a lot of workaround time in many contemporary concert music situations :)

This is surely a workaround, but arrowheads directly on the line properties without having to manually adjust character position to the line would surely save a lot of time! ;)
