Flags
I may have raised it before (it seems to focus on the stems, however?): #16101: Stem length of non-beamed notes varies
I don't know if this is a style option, but as part of Mirek's continuing redesign , I'm looking at the flags of notes, which the icons are based on.
They appear different between MuseScore and LilyPond - also possibly page 16 in 'Behind Bars'.
The attached score was produced in 2.0.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (92852b7) - Mac 10.7.5.

I can hardly see any difference between the two samples; perhaps the MS 128th tail is slightly higher than its Lilypond counterpart. For the rest, I can't really tell.

Yes, I suppose it's really the 128th note :).
