Bar numbers behind bars

I know here is going to be an easy answer to this, but unfortunately I can not find the solution. I have bar numbers that are low and sit behind the bar. How can this be fixed? Image attached.

Bar number appearance is controlled by style / text / measure numbers. Just play with the X and Y parameters. Normally it defaults to something reasonable, but apparently sometimes this gets changed. You may need to reload the score after a change to see the effects.
