Problems with Voice Entry

Hi, Everyone!
Os: Windows Vista Business
MuseScore version: 1.3

I have been using MuseScore for about 10 months or so, and use it to help out my local quintet. I had MuseScore 1.3 on my laptop (which recently bit the dust), and had no problems with voice entry. On my new Vista machine, it does not want to add a voice 2 (or 3 or 4 for that matter) to any measure.

I have tried the way described in the tutorial, (click a note, type "N", click "Voice 2") and it didn't work. I also tried ctrl-alt-2 (which says is my keyboard shortcut) and did not work either.

Are there any other suggestions, or should I just try reinstalling it? Any feedback would be great!

In your description of what you tried, you didn't say what you did after clicking voice 2. How did you try actually entering the notes, and what happened? Can you post the actual score you are having trouble with and say exactly which measure is giving you trouble. Could be a corrupt measure in that score.
