Typing "marching band template" into the search box on this site yields a number of promising hits. You could also browse the scores on musescore.com to find a score that is a suitable match, download it, then remove all the bars and save that into your templates folder.
As per Marc's suggestions. Also, be aware that not all marching bands are the same. Some are like UK Brass Band (for which there is already a template) + Clarinet + Picolo and others have a much heavier drum influence (and, again, there's discussion regarding this in the forum) and some have bells, glockenspiel etc.. Once you get a template for YOUR band set up you just save it and make like JP Sousa and create march after march.
