Final bar is showing oddly

Hi,

I'm creating a piece and I saw something strange. My final bar shows another time signature. I attached a screenshot so you can see. How can I remove this and let it show a proper ending?

It looks like a courtesy time sig, as if there were more measure to follow with a time sig different from the one used before.
It may help if you attach the score here rather than just a picture
