Instead of using screen capturing software, you might be easier off using the musescore.com "Send To Youtube" functionality. See https://help.musescore.com/hc/en-us/articles/210260605-Send-to-YouTube for a little bit more info and a link to examples.

I suppose it should be pointed out that all this only applies if it is indeed your original music. If you are trying to monetize your arrangement of a song someone else wrote, then if that song is still under copyright (anything from last 100 years or so), YouTube may not let you monetize it. Or more particularly, they'll insist on monetizing it, but with the revenue going to the copyright owner. Although I think this may depend on what arrangement they have with the copyright owner. Some apparently let you split the revenues with them, others do not.
Anyhow, that's a question for Google/YouTube.
