This is a backup file, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/file-formats-0#msczcomma
Other than that it is what it says in the error message: It stems from a MuseScore version 0.95 or older and you need to get an 1.x version to open it. Or you just Ignore that error and load it anyway (into 2.1). As far as I can see then it looks no different from when opened with 1.3.
It doesn't look like being of much use, just a handfull 16th notes in the 1st measure, some rests dragged away from that measure, otherwise empty.

Yes you right, But it is a full page of music, it was made in older version of Ms, I didn't find it by now....

You can do a search on your entire hard drive for the file or search just part of the name to see if it is in a different directory. It probably won't be invisible, but depending on the operating system you could search for hidden files.

Yes, that backup file is a previous version, the newer version should sit right next to it.
