Tenor Drum Battery Percussion

The lowest note which is placed on space 1 on the stave (or F in concert pitch) and and the highest note which is placed on the top of the stave (G above the staff in concert pitch) do not produce a sound in play back, at least for me. I have tried reverting all settings to default and nothing, ever since the new update I have had trouble.
