"Extra distance above staff" not working when "Hide empty staves" is selected.
"Extra distance above staff" in staff properties does not work when "Hide empty staves" in "Edit Style > Score" is selected. It works until the nearest staff above is not hidden but not when the nearest staff above is hidden.
It happens in Windows XP 32 bit with Musescore 2.1, as well as in Linux Mint 64 bit with Musescore 2.0.2.
