The OP in Shoichi's link does not say if he tried to print to PDF rather than export to PDF. I haven't tried it, perhaps you can and give feedback on how it works.
have a look at "PDFtoMusic Pro" Runs on Windows PCs, don't know about any others.

Just exported a song from MS 2.1.0 871c8ce
and PDFtoMusic "sang" it ok
