Farfisa Organ
In 1.3, we have the entry 'Electronic Organ'.
In 2.0, we have a range of organs, including 'Hammond'.
I'm not knowledgable about organs, but what would happen for ones like Farfisa ? Should it have an entry too, or is it covered elsewhere in the Instruments list?

Given that at present we are limited to the generic GM sound set adding these as separate instruments is meaningless.
It is simple enough to change the name in the score if the actual organ needs to be specified, although in practice these instruments didn't have a particularly distinctive sound - they were set up to sound that way in the classic pop songs using them.
