Is it possible to make the note head larger on voice 1?
I am new to musescore and am wanting the score to be a little larger for easy reading. I managed to make the Stave larger but now the notes don't really line up with the bar lines. Can you change the note head size?

Layout/Page Settings.../Scaling-> increase Stave Space.
I think it is preferable.

To be clear: use the "Staff space" setting in Layout / Page Settings instead of the "Line distance" setting in "Staff Properties". The latter is not meant for ordinary use but instead for tablature or experimental notation. The former is what you want, and it automatically scales note heads and everything else. I'm guessing you don't literally want other voices smaller, but if you do, the combination of Selection Filter and Inspector is the way to go, as shown above.
