I have version 1.2 on Win7 64-bit. I've been trying to install the 1.3 download, but cannot. Any solutions?

??? There is no version 3.1 or 3.2. Current version of MuseScore is 1.3. What exactly are you trying to install?

There's nowhere near enough troubleshooting information to even make a guess. What errors are you getting? Do you still have 1.2 running when you're trying to install? Do you need to install as an admin?
