One more Russian translator

Hello, dear community!

I've recently joined you, and I'd love to contribute some of my time and skills to the translation of your Handbook. The apps for Windows and iOS are already localized pretty well, but there's still a lot of instructional material to translate.
I've left a comment on another guy's assistance offer, but mike320 helpfully advised to make another thread, I guess to make it easier for Thomas to find me.
