I have a piece with a DC. al Fine, in playback I want it to cycle through the score three times. Does anybody know how I can do that?

The standard definition of DC al Fine doesn't include any such option, so neither does MuseScore. You could try putting a text instruction there so the human musicians who eventually play your score will hoepfully get it the way you want. But since it's non-standandard, it's likely to just confuse them. Better to find a different solution, such as using repeats and voltas, or simply writing a section out again (via copy and paste) if necessary.
