My entire File has been Wiped

Ok so my file literally only composes of 2 notes, originally had 24 measures of notes. I'm Pretty sure I saved it before shutting down my pc. Although now there's 2 files in the place where I saved it. 1 MSCZ file and 1 Compressed MuseScore File. This piece was due today so this is pretty devastating to me.
