Menu commands
Some menu commands in the handbook have been styled with the "kbd" tag. AFAIK, "kbd" is reserved for keyboard commands only. Do these need correcting?

Maybe they should, kbd tags are useful for keys (if doubled) and buttons (in combination with samp tag), not so much for menu entries, there we have the samp tags
