mid output ignores tempo

Midi output ignores the tempo - plays way too fast. Flac and
wav output are at a correct tempo.

I have found a workaround: To change the tempo so that mid output recognizes it, one has to delete the current tempo and install a new one using text->tempo. Changing the tempo property via a right click doesn't change the mid tempo.
So it looks like the tempo is not read from the mscz file, right?
And there is another bug with changing the tempo in the properties dialog.
