How do I turn up the volume of a preset in a soundfont?

Or how can I reset the volume of all my soundfonts in my bank? I use Viena and Polyphone to edit soundfonts, I mostly used Viena to edit my soundfont I am currently using. When I created the font, I got all the files from different soundfonts across the internet, I MADE sure that I set every presets Attenuation value to 50 decibels. However, this has not seemed to affect the playback of the sounds in Musescore when I load it into Fluid, and some soundfonts sound MUCH louder than others, and others sound very, very quiet. After I found that out, I went back into Viena and turned the volume of the low presets much higher, and exported. I then went over to Polyphone, and set the value there. I then load it up in Musescore and voila, nothing has changed. These issues cannot be fixed with fixing the velocity in the Inspector tab in Musescore OR by changing the dynamics of a note to FFF or something higher. This is really bothering me, because every score I write I can barely hear my french horns and oboe while my banjo and marimba hurt my ears they're so loud. I can attach a score if it is needed, but I doubt it would help. Thanks in advance. One more thing, the soundfont I use is custom, so I would have no clue as to how to hand you the soundfont so you could test it out.

In a soundfont editor:
The samples have their own volume. Balance it using the Attenuation settings in Instrument section
Then the balance between the instruments is set in the Preset section.

Making all attenuation values at 50dB makes everything unstable.

Suggestion: Always check your preset settings with Musescore's VU meter. msVu.png

Settings in MuseScore:
Master Effects: no effects: msSet1.png

in fff dynamic; and default mixer volume; Should be -10bD on MS's VU. mSset2.png

I also added a 1kHz test sound font (sine-wave) so you can do your own test.

Note: Viena allows a negative (-) attenuation settings on the Instrument section. This is wrong. And may be misinterpreted by the Soundfont synthesizers. (BASS, Fluid etc.). You can only use the negative attenuation settings in the Preset section.
