I can't hear my score

For some reason, ever since last week, I haven't been able to hear any of the scores I've been working on. I've tried everything possible, including restarting my computer three times. I ended up just settling and sending in the score as is (because I was getting PAID FOR THIS), and now I'm scared the score itself was corrupted because when I tried listening to the mp3 file, I didn't get any sound. Seriously, any help would be appreciated
