Hello, please tell me how to reproduce the sounds of the accordion of harmony prescribed above the note. For example, there is a single-ended melody recruited in the musescore with a prescribed harmonic grid in bars. How to listen to a melody along with harmony? Thank you!

You mean the chord symbols? They don't play back, they are just text (plus some rendering)
So the only way to listen to it, is to actually write them out in a separate instrument (and perhaps make it hidden afterwards).
