MuseScore ignores my phrasing
I have music written with repeats, 1st endings and second endings, and musescore ignores them and skips to the next measure, it also seems to ignore dynamics at times. Anyone else experience this?

Then, it may be possible to examine and say something about it.
Be sure to read the Handbook about the proper way to add voltas (endings) - many people erroneously attach a volta to one measure then adjust it visually to appear like it is covering multiple measures, but that isn't enough - you need to actually tell MuseScore what measures you want it apply to, as described in the Handbook.
As for dynamics, most should play back, but a few don't - mostly ones that would involve a change of volume on a single note, which the MIDI implementation used by MuseScore does not support.
