beams are interfering

My treble and bass clefs are too close together. The beamed tenor notes interfere with the beamed alto notes. Can I pull these two staves a An Irish Blessing 5.mscz part to leave more space for the beamed notes?

jm6's suggestion solves my problem with this piece. It may be that some parts require a MUCH greater grand staff distance than others. Then raymond's hint would increase the grand staff distance locally without wasting space in systems where it is not needed. When I increased the grand staff distance the score spread to a second page. I solved this by decreasing the distance between systems.

Muse Score's natural approach to four consecutive 1/8 notes is to beam them as four. I found by experience that this gives what I'd call a fussy condensed effect. When you replace a beamed four by two successive beamed twos the effect is more spacious and tidy even though the spacing has not changed at all.
