Technical Problems with my Musescore.com Account
Hello,
since last night I suddenly get the following error message when I want to visit my personal Musescore page:
Error: Redirection error
The requested website redirects the request in such a way that it can never be terminated.
This problem can sometimes occur when cookies are disabled or rejected.
I can call up any other page and log in from there and then my own page will be displayed correctly. But if I am not logged in, this error message appears. The problem has never occurred before.

What Operating System? Which browser?

I am on Linux Mint 18.2, 64 Bit with Firefox 56. The Problem also occurs with other browsers, including pure text browsers.
Hi Gerhard, can you share the link to your personal MuseScore page? Do you mean https://musescore.com/horn ?
We'll investigate the issue but so far we couldn't reproduce it.

Hi Thomas,
yes, this is my page on MuseScore. I tried it again, from a usb stick on an almost "blank" operating system blank. No adblocker, no plugins, no cookie blockade but with the same result, and the error message in English:
"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Thanks for the additional info Gerhard. We are still tracking things, so for now no definitive answer on the root cause of this issue.
