Can't find MuseScore on our PC

Our family PC runs Windows 10 however MuseScore2 is visible in only one
of the accounts on our PC (the one we used to download the program). How can
we change this please, as we all want to use it?

You can try to copy the shortcut while in the account that has it then paste it into the other account. It may give you a warning that the administrator has to approve it. You should be able to log in as administrator and approve it. Just a theory since I only have one account on my computer.
