Cut out a few bars; save.

I'd like to save just a few bars (preferably in some text-format)
to be able to put as a part of a post in a Forum.

As you can see I've managed before (here as an image)
but unfortunately I failed making a note of the method;
it probably seemed easy then.

I've researched quite a bit but found nothing,
probably wrong search criteria on my part.
I've done a lot of experimenting according to instructions.

If text isn't possible, image will have to do.
