Instrument grouping brackets?

I am trying to digitize The Washington Post March (for personal use only!!!). There are instrument groupings (i.e. Piccolo in Db, 1st Flute, 2nd Flute as one grouping; Oboes as next, Clarinets as next, etc.), that are grouped by brackets. So, all of the clarinet parts are within a single bracket, but on multiple staves.

How do I do this? Right now, everything is just single staves, which makes it a little difficult on subsequent pages to follow against my source (though the instrument names DO appear page after page -- just apples-to-apples look would be helpful).
