Error Loading Score
Every time I add an instrument to a score in musescore it crashes. However, once I reload the score, I can add the instrument just fine. I always save before I add an instrument. Today, after working for 6 hours, I decided to add tubular bells after I saved, and my musescore crashed. It asked if I would like to restore the previous session and I clicked yes. Then it said that the file could not be read. I tried renaming the .mscz, file but it only recovered half of the score. Is there a way to fix this? If not, is there at least a way to look at the notes I placed on the score. I don't mind manually placing the notes back in, I just need to know what they are to do that. Thank you.

Are you in Continuous View when adding instrument?
If so, likely this issue is involved: #85046: Crash when adding/removing an instrument in Continuous view after autosave
Consequently, the advice is to toggle in Page view before adding instruments.
