How to create a preset score setup
How do I create a new preset settings for "Chord Symbols, Title, Composer, Lyrics, etc." so I don't have to change them each time I start a new score?

In general, simply saving any score into your personal Templates folder works to create a template. Next time you start MuseScore you will see it available in the Create New Score wizard. new scores created form the template will inherit all style settings as well as selection of instruments etc. So if you've applied a custom Title text style, it will be used. But of course, new scores will each get their own titles - you still have the opportunity to type the title into the first screen of the wizard.
