I could use some help

Hello!

So I decided as my first try to rewrite a piece for the instrument that I play, using differently written sheet music of the piece as examples. For now I have written a simpler version of this one part in particular.

My question would be... is there a way for me to write in the software like it is showed in the image. Or should I just go and look for a different program if I want to write it like that.....
