Where? In inspector? You don't, that is just there to select a trippel dot augmentation of a note
Not sure what you mean, but if you attach your score and explain the orientation in more detail, someone can help.
What I mean is that when I want to click Dot3 It will not show Triple dots!

It is to select the 3rd dot on a tripple dotted note, not to add such a tripple dot. I believe MuseScore 2.x does not yet support adding such a tripple dot
So you are trying to create a triple-dotted note? These are not standard and are discouraged by most music engraving references. Better to use ties. But if you have a special need to create them, you can add a shortcut for the command to do so. Go to Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts, search for "dot", and then define a shortcut of your choosing for "Note duration: Triplet augmentation dot".
