No Audio
I'm suddenly do not have sound on input or playback.
Was working fine not sure what changed.
The Audio Device is MOTU on Windows (AISO)
The MOTU is listed but gets no signal
other software, Finale, Cubase work so I know it isn't the connection

Or maybe simply, check the software speaker ? Ie under Windows: open MuseScore/a file -> right-click on the speaker icon, right bottom taskbar -> Open volume mixer.
Maybe inadvertantly, the volume has been disabled ? (as on image below)
Try restore factory settings - in Help menu.
There's an ongoing issue like this on Mac, not sure about Windows though.
Thanks for the replies. I got it going:
Factory defaults didn't seem to change anything.
I switched to MME instead of ASIO (MOTU ) The MOTU showed up but without the specific routing there was no way to change that.....I selected MOTU Analog and it worked.
It routed it through windows which is set up to play back through MOTU so all is well
