Loading error: Cannot read file

I'm trying to arrange something for school. It was working fine in terms of loading, and then my computer restarted and now I get this loading error. It's really annoying. I've tried opening it in my recent scores and then my backup folder, and even my hidden files, but it gives me the same loading error. If someone can either tell me what to do or send back a fixed file, please do it quickly, for I have to have this by March 5th. I also really don't want to restart it, so could I get some help?
