No sound during playback
Hello,
When I try to play back my score there is no sound. I have added a piano sound font but there is no sound when i play, even when the volume is up. I also have the mute turned off. I have read everything on the playback section in the guide and I cannot find anything that troubleshoots this.

Did you have sound before adding the custom soundfont? Is so, the problem is with the soundfont or how you added it. If it's not a standard GM soundfont, you need to select the desired sound for each instrument in View / Mixer. If it's in SFZ format, you need to be sure to have the audio files as well as the SFZ files in the folder.
If you didn't have sound before either, try Help / Revert Factory Settings. If you are on Mac, see #234811: No sound on Mac and Windows, I/O's PortAudio API drop down menu empty.
