Accidentally Discarded a Score
I was working on a song for for maybe 30 minutes or so, when I decided to close Musescore. I wasn't paying attention and accidentally discarded it instead of saving it. How can I find it again?

As Shoichi suggested, find the backup so you will have to recompose less of it.
