Using Anthem Score with MuseScore

I recorded my guitar using Audacity. Opened that file in Anthem Score. It then automatically opened a file in MuseScore showing the notes I had played. It showed the notes on both the treble and bass clefs. My question is how can I combine the bass clef into the tremble clef?
