Wrong range selection after cut of single chordrest
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached score.
2. Range select first note.
3. Ctrl + X
Result: Quarter pause and quarter note after are in the range selection.
Expected: Only the quarter pause in the selection.

Comments
Reason for this is setting the end segment with tick2segment call. Which returns the last segment with the same tick. In this case it's a breath.
