How'd I replicate this and what's this called?
Ahh.... Firstly how do I even check my previous forum posts? I had to take a route from the posts, clicking on my name.
I digressed, and I'd remember asking this. But I forgot how to replicate it again... I'll bookmark this...

Shoichi did actually try to answer your question by providing the link to "cross-staff notation", which is what your image shows. It's complicated by the fact that there is a quintuplet involved.
Attached is a step-by-step example score showing how it can be done. I have had to guess at the clefs and key signature, so please don't copy it - and do not try to copy tuplets ever. Copying tuplets will lead to a corruption in your score.
