Translation updates
I was thinking at one time that I saw Jojo (I think) make a change in the program that allows the user to update the translation without having to restart the program. I can't seem to find it at the moment. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I just reported that this doesn't work :-)

But this indeed is master only, in 2.x not even that language switch without restart has been implemented (or rather backported)
