Open the Mixer (F10)->uncheck Drumset?

In order for us to understand what you mean, it would help if you attached your score and described in more detail what you are trying to do.

1. Click on a notehead on piano staff
2. Make Right-Click and apply "Select all similar elements in same staff"
3. Open inspector (F8 to toggle)
4. See "Note" - > "Head group" and Click on black, double arrow (reset to default) symbol. <<) (very right side)
   problem solved. (if required repeat same action for other staff.)
   Last step: Save the score
