Add -Wno-inconsistent-missing-override to all Clang builds

Hi --

It would be nice if all Clang builds added the -Wno-inconsistent-missing-override flag, as Clang is way too chatty without it.

Noticed building the MuseScore 2.2.1 package for OpenBSD.
