Musescore 2.2.1 non-responsive
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Latest version of Musescore April 3 2018.
On: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Downloaded and installed Musescore.
Open app.
Banner comes up.
It all ends there - Remaining non-responsive.
This was a re-installation, having discovered that the previous installation of the Musescore 2.2.1 only had metronome sound.

Revert to factory settings.

Might fix the responsive issue and the no sound issue in one go.

A complete failure to load anything past the splash screen makes this impossible.

Using the command line as pointed to in the link will reset to factory settings before/while the splash screen is being displayed.
