Creating cue notes for an entire voice

• May 3, 2018 - 22:06

Is it possible to set an entire "voice" to be written as cue notes, rather than having to go along and change each note individually using the "inspector"?

Thanks in advance.

In general for cue notes see: https://musescore.org/en/node/46231
It's possible to select more than one note like "ctrl", "shift" or similar - like right click on a note and selecting all similar in the same voice (in the last mentioned cases maybe it' necessary to activate "notes" additional inside the inspector) to select it "small" and to deactivate "play".

If you decide you want voice 2 to be only cue notes, then you can set all voice 2 notes as cue notes after they are all entered. Use the Selection filter (F6) or right click a note/rest and select all similar elements. You can then use the inspector to make all of that type of element small at once and uncheck play in the case of notes.
