Hey all, so I was trying to arrange some music and I tried to play it back multiple times but the icon is dim, like I'm not allowed to press it??? And the app was being buggy a little bit before that...

It appears MuseScore is not able to access your audio system. Was it working before at some point ? Do you have the most recent version of MsueScore installed (2.2.1)? And what OS?
Generally, first thing to try is Help / Revert to Factory Settings, and if that doesn't work, also try a reboot, and if that doesn't work, you can try reinstalling MuseScore. You could also tell us what settings you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O.
