Mailbox not monitered
i just got an email that says "mail box not monitored" what does that mean?

The forum, where you are reading right now, will send you an e-mail if someone responds to a topic where you posted. You cannot respond to the e-mail to post to the forum, you must either click the link in the e-mail or find another way to get to the forum to post your reply.
