Playback on website sound terrible, but playback on the app itself is fine.
What I mean is that whenever I playback my song on the app where I edit everything, the piano part sounds completely normal. Nice and crisp sound.
When I was finished with my song, I uploaded it to the website, but upon playback, the piano sounded completely different. Horrible sound to it, even though it had been working fine on the app.
I re-uploaded it a couple times with different sound settings on the piano, but none of them seemed to work. I had changed what type of piano it was, yet the same nasty piano sound was played.

It could be you were using some custom soundfont, perhaps one in which the piano sound was in a non-default location, and one the website, the default soundfont is used with whatever sound that is normally in that location - could be a harpsichord or flute or who knows what. We'd need you to attach (or link to) the score in order to say.
Which version of MuseScore? Which soundfont?
