Force measure to previous system
Hi,
I have a short measure with a single whole note, and it automatically moves to the next system/line, adding a new page by that.
I want to force it to stick to the previous system.
Is there an opposite action to the 'System break' one, so that I can force a no-break between two measures?

Found answer here: https://musescore.org/en/node/3228, but I do not want to change the stretch because it's a long file.
I rather change this measure individually, is there another way but messing with page stretch?

Stretch does not affect a page, but only the selected measures. Select all of the measures on the line where you want the measure and the measure, then press { to reduce the stretch. I would guess it will only need to be pushed one or two times for the measure to be moved to the previous line. If this doesn't work then attach the score.

Adjusting "stretch" was the correct answer 6 years ago. Today, in MuS 4 (presumably?), you can use the Group measures button in the Layout palette.
... and yes, my palettes are in a different order than yours :-)
[A few moments later] I didn't see that the Section Break label appeared in the screenshot. The highlit button is Group Measures!!!
