How to fill the score to the entire page?

• Jun 3, 2018 - 16:05

I switched from Sibelius to MuseScore. There is an option in Sibelius that automatically fills in the page when the music score occupies a certain percentage of the page. I don't know how this is implemented in MuseScore.

Another problem is that when I use the "Breath" little comma, the program automatically adds extra space behind the note. How can I turn this feature off? Or can I insert a pure symbol that does not stick to a note?

Adjusting Breath does not affect note spacing, and Increase/Decrease Stretch will only take effect for the entire measure.

When I was using Sibelius, I adjusted the scores to publishing-quality appearance. After switching to MuseScore, I still want to maintain this standard. :-)

I read it. I was shocked by the typesetting effect that MuseScore can achieve. I have been using Sibelius for a long time. After switching to MuseScore, I discovered that MuseScore is even more convenient than Sibelius in some functions. Thanks to the GNU project and MuseScore's community culture!

Pressing the keyboard shortcut 'Z' will bring up the Symbols Palette.
Symbols in this palette are pure symbols.
Type 'breath' in the searchbox to find the comma.
Drag from the palette into position.
