How To Change Amp Settings
i am wondering how to change amp settings for MuseScore guitars like changing Gain, Bass, Mids, Treble, Reverb, Pickup-Neck, and Tone Knob... How do we do that?

MuseScore does not provide fine-grained audio controls like that; it's primary purpose is notation. However, if you find a soundfont that contains sounds like you like, you are welcome to use it as described in the handbook under Soundfonts.
